Process · The Snap Framework

We don't just code. We orchestrate the whole journey.

Every project at Fingersnap Labs follows the Snap Framework: a simple, transparent structure that keeps everyone aligned and gives you something to open at the end of every week.

  1. 01

    Week 0–1

    Spark

Define the problem, the users and what success looks like.

We start with the problem, not the feature list. Who is this for, what do they struggle with today, and how will we know the product works? No assumptions, only things we can point at.

    Outputs

    • Problem and goals
    • User personas and segments
    • High-level product direction
    • Success metrics

    What you see

    • Collaborative workshop sessions
    • A written product brief
    • Research synthesis you can share internally

    What we need from you

Two or three hours of workshops, access to the people who know the problem, and someone who can say yes.

  2. 02

    Week 1–3

    Shape

Map the experience and design the core flows.

We turn the direction into something you can click. Every screen and every interaction earns its place, and the design system starts here so the build never drifts from the intent.

    Outputs

    • User flows and information architecture
    • Wireframes
    • Low- to mid-fidelity prototypes
    • Design system foundations

    What you see

    • Interactive Figma prototypes
    • User flow diagrams
    • Weekly design reviews

    What we need from you

Feedback on prototypes within a day or two, and real content wherever you already have it.

  3. 03

    Week 3+

    Snap

Turn design into a working, testable product.

This is the moment it clicks. Design becomes code in short, visible cycles: clean architecture, smooth interactions and testing at every step, on a staging environment you can open any day.

    Outputs

    • UI design system in code
    • Mobile and web builds
    • API and backend integration
    • Staging environment and testable versions

    What you see

    • Working builds on your phone
    • Staging URLs
    • Weekly demos and progress notes

    What we need from you

A thirty-minute demo every week, test devices in a few hands, and store accounts opened early.

  4. 04

    Continuous

    Scale

    Measure real usage, iterate, grow.

Launch is the start of the useful data. We watch how real people use the product, decide together what to improve, and keep shipping in the same visible rhythm.

    Outputs

    • Analytics dashboards and tracking
    • Iteration roadmap
    • Feature experiments
    • Growth experiments and A/B tests

    What you see

    • User metrics reports
    • A prioritised backlog
    • Continuous improvements in production

    What we need from you

Access to analytics and support channels, and one hour a month to decide what comes next.

A week with us

The same rhythm, every week.

Transparency isn't a value on a wall. It's a calendar.

  1. Monday

We agree on the week's goal in one short call. One goal, written down.

  2. Tuesday to Thursday

Daily written updates. Questions get answered in hours, not at the next meeting.

  3. Friday

A demo of what changed, on a staging link you can open from your phone.
