How we handle your data.

Fingersnap Labs ("we", "us") operates this website and is the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@fingersnaplabs.com.

Only what you give us through the contact form, plus a little technical context:

• Your name, email address, company or brand (optional), your message and the interests you tick.
• The IP address and country of the connection, the browser's user-agent string and the time the message was sent.

Browsing the site without sending the form creates no record about you on our side.

• To read and reply to your enquiry, and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering people who write to us.
• To protect the form from abuse. The IP address is counted for ten minutes to limit repeated submissions. Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the site working.

We don't use your data for advertising, profiling or automated decisions, and we don't sell it.

Submissions are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV, a key-value store run by Cloudflare, Inc., and a notification is emailed to our studio inbox through Cloudflare's email service. Cloudflare operates a global network, so data may be processed outside Türkiye and the European Economic Area under Cloudflare's data processing terms and standard contractual clauses.

Each submission is deleted automatically twelve months after it was sent. The abuse counter for an IP address expires after ten minutes. Email notifications live in our inbox until we delete them.

Only the Fingersnap Labs team, and Cloudflare as our hosting and email provider acting on our instructions. We don't share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

The site sets no cookies and loads no third-party analytics, fonts or scripts. Everything is served from our own domain. If we add analytics later, we'll update this page first.

You can ask us what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to our processing it, or ask for a copy. Write to hello@fingersnaplabs.com and we'll answer within thirty days. If you're in the EEA you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

We'll update this page when our practices change and show the date at the top. Material changes to how we use data you've already given us will be announced by email.

Verileriniz reklam, profilleme veya otomatik karar verme amacıyla kullanılmaz ve üçüncü kişilere satılmaz.

Form gönderimleri, barındırma hizmeti sağlayıcımız Cloudflare, Inc. tarafından işletilen Workers KV veri deposunda saklanır ve Cloudflare'in e-posta servisi aracılığıyla stüdyo e-posta kutumuza bildirim olarak iletilir. Cloudflare küresel bir ağ işlettiğinden verileriniz KVKK m. 9 kapsamında yurt dışına aktarılabilir; bu aktarım Cloudflare'in veri işleme sözleşmesi ve standart sözleşme hükümleri çerçevesinde gerçekleşir.

Her gönderim, gönderildiği tarihten on iki ay sonra otomatik olarak silinir. IP adresine ait kötüye kullanım sayacı on dakika sonra silinir.

Kişisel verileriniz, web sitesindeki iletişim formunu doldurmanız suretiyle elektronik ortamda, otomatik yollarla toplanır.

Site çerez kullanmaz; üçüncü taraf analitik, yazı tipi veya betik yüklemez. İleride analitik eklenmesi halinde önce bu sayfa güncellenir.

• Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme ve işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme.
