Who we work with
Three kinds of people write to us.
Founders with a validated idea
You know the problem and the first users. You need a team that can take it from napkin to App Store without you hiring six people first.
Companies without a product team
You have customers, operations and a clear need, but no in-house design or engineering. We become that team for as long as you need one.
Brands that need a custom tool
Off-the-shelf software doesn't fit the way you work. We build around your workflow instead of forcing you into a template.
Probably not a fit when
- You need a landing page by Friday.
- Price is the only criterion.
- You want extra hands on your own backlog, not a product partner.
We'd rather say so early than waste a month of your time.
How we work with you
Three ways to start.
1–2 weeks
Discovery Sprint
Clarify your product direction before committing to a build.
You get
- Product brief
- User journeys
- Initial feature set
Weeks to months
Build & Validate
Design, prototype and development in short, visible cycles.
You get
- Clickable prototypes
- Test builds
- Progress demos
After launch
Grow & Iterate
We measure, learn and improve alongside real users.
You get
- Analytics reports
- Prioritised backlog
- Iteration roadmap
Questions
Things people ask before they write.
- How do we start?
- With a Discovery Sprint: one to two weeks to clarify the problem, the users and the first scope. You leave with a product brief you can keep, whether or not we continue together.
- Do you work with early-stage founders?
- Yes, as long as the problem is real and someone can make decisions quickly. We're happy to start small and grow the scope as the product proves itself.
- Native or cross-platform?
- Both. We recommend based on the product, not on habit: native when the experience depends on platform details, cross-platform when reaching both stores fast matters more.
- Who owns the code and the designs?
- You do. Everything we create for your product is yours on delivery: source code, design files and the accounts they live in.
- What does it cost?
- It depends on scope, which is why we start with a fixed-price Discovery Sprint. After that you get a clear estimate per phase, not an open-ended hourly bill.
- Can you take over an existing product?
- Yes. We start with a short product and technical audit, then decide together what to keep, fix or rebuild.
Your next product could be one snap away.
Tell us what you're building. We'll reply with how we'd approach it.
